Have you ever fancied 'having a go' with paint but just haven't had the opportunity? Well now's your chance! Join me in my Nottingham studio for an afternoon of relaxed experimentation with paint, working on your own piece of abstract art under my guidance (click here to see my abstract paintings). No experience necessary, and you aren't required to turn up with an idea. The sessions are about working intuitively using the techniques that I use in my own work, and which I'll demonstrate to you. Most of all they're about simply forgetting everything for a few hours and just immersing yourself in colour and the sheer joy of putting paint on to a lovely smooth surface!
Here's what you can expect on the day -
a comfortable, creative space in which to work
a small, intimate group (4 people maximum)
plenty of refreshments throughout the day!
unlimited use of professional art materials
access to my own work for inspiration and reference
a relaxed atmosphere
gentle guidance as opposed to 'teaching'
the freedom to explore your own ideas
your own piece of work which you can take home and hang on the wall!
The workshops will run from 11am until 4pm on alternate Saturdays. If you have booked and can't make the session for any reason, I'll send you a special code which will allow you to book onto an alternative session without paying. If you'd like to check availability for any of the sessions before booking (for example, if you wanted to come with friends and needed all 4 places) please contact me at email@example.com. Likewise if you have any other questions, please email me.

‘I’m a big fan of Corrina’s work so when I saw her ad for a painting workshop I immediately signed up! I thoroughly enjoyed the day and gained confidence in my own abilities. I’m really looking forward to the next one.’ (Abi)
'A wonderful day playing with paint! Corrina's gentle guidance through my ups and downs as my painting was developing helped me to experiment and reshape my work into a finished piece I was proud to finally varnish for taking home!' (Diana)
