Ideas about the number of thoughts the average person has per day vary wildly, from 6000 to 60,000. Many of them are so fleeting as to barely be noticeable. Sometimes I wish I could sort of download them all because I’m sure there must be a few in there that are interesting? Then again, research has it that around 95% of our thoughts are repetitive, so maybe not!
